By accessing or using ScriptSlate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.

ScriptSlate provides free AI-powered tools for content creators, including:

• YouTube script, Shorts, title, description and hook generators
• Story and video-idea generators for TikTok, Reels and YouTube
• An optional account system with higher daily generation limits

Free usage is subject to daily generation limits (currently 5 per day for guests and 20 per day for free accounts). We may adjust limits, features or availability with notice on the site.

Everything you generate is yours. You may edit, publish and monetize the scripts, titles and other output you create with ScriptSlate — including on monetized YouTube channels — without attribution.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it. AI output can contain errors or inaccuracies, and you are the publisher of record for anything you choose to use.

You agree not to use ScriptSlate to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringes others' rights
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the service, or disrupt its operation
• Resell or repackage the service itself as a competing product
• Impersonate others or misrepresent AI output as human-written where disclosure is required

We may suspend access for accounts that violate these rules.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or specific results such as views, rankings or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptSlate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
